Arrival and Departure
Our rooms are at your disposal as of 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival and up to noon on the day of your departure.
Baby Puree Menu
We are glad to serve our little guests an individuell baby puree with organic ingredients of our certified stud farm Gut Vorder Bollhagen. You can choose from a wide variety of meats, vegetables, side dishes and sweet ingredients.
This service is free of charge for hotel guests an can be ordered in the hotelroom as well as in the Kurhaus Restaurant, The Baltic Sushi Bar and the Nelson Bar.
Best-price-guarantee
If you book through our website or our reservation department, we guarantee the best available rate. If you find 24 hours before or after booking a lower online price, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone +49 38203 740-7676 and you will receive the lower rate.
Children
Children up to the age of 5 (i.e. until their 6th birthday) can stay overnight in their parents' room free of charge (breakfast included).
Children aged up to 12 (i.e. until their 13th birthday) can stay in their parents´ bedroom for an extra EUR 50 including extra bed and breakfast.
Collection
We will gladly pick you up from your place of residence, the train stations or the airport. Our transport fleet consists of a Mercedes S-Class and two Range Rover´s. The pick up from the train station Bad Doberan is free of charge. Please contact the Concierge for questions regarding advanced collect-conditions you may have. Whether you want your favorite newspaper, a transfer to the golf course, some advice on a day's walk or a ticket to a concert, our concierge will be happy to help – just ring 038203 740 1910.
Dinner Package (Half board)
The dinner package at the Kurhaus Restaurant will be served as a 4-course menu for EUR 59 per person per day. A special 3-course menu specially prepared for health conscious guests is available for EUR 55 per person per day. If you wish a healthy menu, we offer a three-course spa menu for EUR 55 per person per day.
Dog´s
Guests that would like to bring their dog with them are welcome to do so – apart from in the rooms and suites of the Severin Palais, the Heiligendamm SPA, the Gourmet Restaurant Friedrich Franz, the Kurhaus Restaurant and the Baltic Sushi Bar. Dogs can also be taken into the Nelson Bar, Medini's Restaurant and the Heiligendamm Davidoff Lounge. EUR 35 per dog and day will be charged separately.
Early booker
Reserve you stay 30 days before arrival and benefit from the early booker rate including the large breakfast buffet, 20 % discount on green fee at the Golfresort Wittenbeck and free access to the 3.000 m² Heiligendamm SPA with use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, our spacious sauna facilities and fitness rooms

High Season: Double room starting at EUR 240 / Single room starting at EUR 200
The offer is valid upon request and availability. For your booking confirmation we will charge 80% of the price in advance. Free of charge cancellations are possible up to 24 hours after booking. This offer does not apply to existing bookings.
Extra bed
An extra bed for a third adult (aged 13 or over) can be booked in all Superior and Deluxe rooms as well as in all suites for a price of EUR 100 per night including breakfast.
Family offer´s

If you book a family-friendly package, you get two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared sitting room. The use of our wonderful Children's Villa, with its different "worlds" on each of its three floors, is free of charge for our youngest guests.
General Cancellation Terms
Please note that you can only cancel your room reservation free of charge if you do so up to three days before your arrival date in our low season and up to 21 days before your arrival date in our high season (special terms apply to public holidays).

The including dinner is served at the Kurhaus Restaurant. However, you can also visit one of our other restaurants and we will give you a reduction of EUR 30 p. p. on your bill.
Parking
We offer valet parking for EUR 25 a day. Our valet attendants are at your disposal day and night. You may also park your car yourself for EUR 12 a day at the Fürstenhof parking site.

All room rates include our breakfast buffet in the Kurhaus Restaurant, the use of the award-winning 3,000 m² Heiligendamm SPA including swimming pool, whirlpool, generous sauna-world and fitness area with sport- and yoga- courses, green fee discount of 20 % at the Golf Resort Wittenbeck and the applicable VAT. In the case of a sales tax increase, we reserve the right to adjust our prices appropriate.

Tax “Kurtaxe”
A local tax for visitors known as "Kurtaxe" of approximately EUR 2 per person per day will be charged separately.
We can extend your dream at no extra cost:
7 for 6, 14 for 12, 21 for 18, etc.
The Grand Hotel Heiligendamm will actually give you some days for free. Book, for example, seven days but pay only for six. For every week you spend in enchanting Heiligendamm, the hotel will give you an extra night free of charge. This offer only applies to non-reduced prices.
