The Polar Bear Kids Club

Welcome to the Polar Bear Children's Club at the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm. This is where children's dreams come true, because this is where children have a whole villa all to themselves.

The Children's Club team and mascot "Paul the Polar Bear" look forward to welcoming your children. The chance to play together, have adventures, discover nature and experience small but delightful surprises, this is what makes a real children's club fun.

We are open for all children over the age of three from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There are varied programmes of activities for each age group that leave no room for boredom.

Mini Polar Bears: 3 – 6 years old
Maxi Polar Bears: 7 – 12 years old
Teen Polar Bears: aged 13 and older

Please register for the various programmes of events in the Children's Club by 6 p.m. the day before.

Mini Polar Bears (up to the age of 6) may only leave the club and the programme of activities if they are accompanied by an adult. We therefore request that parents drop off and pick up their children.

Children's swimming times in the Heiligendamm SPA

We invite all children to use our swimming pool in the Heiligendamm SPA every day. Under supervision, children can splash about and play with floats and balls to their heart's content between 10 a.m. and noon.

At other times, children are still allowed to use the pool but we request that they keep in mind that the pool area is then a place of rest and relaxation. Infants must wear tight-fitting swimming nappies or diapers that can be purchased at the SPA reception.

The sauna and hamam area in the basement of the Severin Palais is also open to adults and young people above the age of 14.
