Our BIO products
We always want to spoil you with food of the highest quality and freshness so we source a wide variety of our organically-grown products from the organically certified Vorder Bollhagen Estate.
The Vorder Bollhagen Estate is part of the Heiligendamm Development Company (ECH) and was converted to an organic farm in 2004. It breeds many different kinds of livestock, cultivates crops and grows table and seed potatoes.
One of the farm‘s special features is the mobile hen houses which have received an organic farming award. The business is a member of the Biopark and Bioland associations for organic farming. Since 2009 the Vorder Bollhagen Estate has been one of the National Organic Farming Programme’s “organic demonstration farms”. Only 200 organic agricultural businesses were selected for this programme throughout the whole of Germany.
The selection of products offered in the farm’s own organic shop range from fresh beef, goat, lamb and chicken products to home-produced eggs and potatoes to vegetables from neighbouring organic farms in Bastorf and Garvensdorf.
Every Saturday at 1pm you are invited to a guided tour of the Vorder Bollhagen Estate where you will gain an insight into organic farming methods and see the stud farm with its magnificent breeding horses. We will also be happy to arrange an individual appointment for you to look around.

- Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 4 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday from10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Monday closed
