Our starred chef Ronny Siewert and the experienced restaurant crew assisting Norman Rex await you in the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm.

The Friedrich Franz is situated in the historical Kurhaus building, right at the heart of the "White Town by the Sea". The 10 tables can seat a maximum of 26 guests and offer a breath-taking view of the Baltic Sea. With its hand-painted silk wall hangings and chandeliers, the gourmet restaurant offers a gracious and unique atmosphere.

The Friedrich Franz is open wednesday to sunday from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Please note that the Friedrich Franz is closed from the 6th February 2012 until the 7^th February 2012, 12^th November 2012 until 6^th December 2012, 27^th December 2012 and the 2^nd January 2013.
