The Team

The team of the gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz comprises five chefs and five service staff who devote themselves to their work, body and soul.

Restaurant manager Norman Rex has been ensuring every guest's well-being in Heiligendamm since 2003. Before that, he worked for the Hotel Adlon in Berlin and at the Süllberg in Hamburg. Sommelier Boris Pecirep puts the finishing touches to the culinary highlights by recommending the right wines to accompany the dishes. The native Croatian has honed his skills in, among other places, Hugos restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel in Berlin.

The committed team of the gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz has made it their goal to captivate guests and to infect them with their love of delightful details. The pleasure they have in giving perfect service to their customers is just as much a part of the young team's daily work as the perfect presentation of every single dish.
