Gourmet-Cookery Course

Cooking like a Chef!
Get to know the secrecies of our Michelin-starred chef Ronny Siewert and learn how to cook like a professional. Take the great opportunity to look over Mr. Siewert’s shoulder and learn many interesting hints and tricks, while he prepares the most fascinating and delicious dishes. Our sommelier exclusively selects fine wines that match the previously self-prepared four-course menu you will eat together with Mr. Siewert.

In order to remember this special day you will receive an apron as well as a collection of the recipes of Ronny Siewert’s menu.

This cookery course is bookable on request and upon availability. For the course to take place, the size of the group can be up to 15 people. It is our pleasure to arrange an appointment according to your request.
