– Norman Rex

Restaurant manager, Norman Rex, has been looking after the well-being of guests in Heiligendamm since 2003. Before that he worked at the Hotel Adlon Berlin and at the Süllberg in Hamburg. In his role as sommelier he also ensures guests enjoy many a divine moment.

The aim of the committed Friedrich Franz Gourmet Restaurant team is to delight and inspire our guests and to capture their imagination with a love of fine detail. This young team believes taking pleasure at providing perfect service is as much a part of its day-to-day work as the perfect presentation of each individual dish.
