The level of cooperation and support that we received as part of our WERKERS WELT annual conference was constructive and most satisfactory. Our particular thanks go to Ms. Bielo and Ms. Rhode, who did a really superb job on site in advance of our event. They and their team managed to get our conference room converted from a parliamentary-style to a banquet seating configuration for our evening event in the shortest space of time and thus ensured that everything went like clockwork. Our staff conference in your hotel was a complete success and everybody felt really at ease. The BBQ party in the evening was superb and the perfect way to round off the day. Everything was well-organised right down to the last detail.

I should especially like to mention the courteous, discreet and very friendly service provided by your employees and on behalf of our entire team I should like to thank you for being such good hosts. As guests you feel really welcome here.

The very professional support provided before and during our conference was very helpful to me personally. It was also really great to see how creatively our Corporate Identity was included in the rooms that we used.

After coming back from Grand Hotel Heiligendamm late Friday night I have enjoyed at couple of days off in the very nice weather, which I hope you have also had in Berlin. I must say, that our tour with the Forum has been very successfull!

Everything – and I mean everything – at the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm worked out perfectly, I have been very happy about the arrangement.

All the staff at the hotel were very serviceminded, that could have been made better, it is simple IMPOSSIBLE to find anything from our arrival Thursday untill departure Friday that I can point a finger to.

Thank you for supposing me this wonderfull property for this years annual meeting.

As the members of the Forum were extraordinary satisfied about the property and several of them said, that they found it a superb place to invite the wife or husband for a weekendbreak.

I do hope that this successful arrangement could provide us requests from members of the Forum to do salesmeetings and/or incentives/team buildings for this wonderfull property, which I surgently hope will find their way through their financial problems at recent time.

Looking back at our Component Conference, I should like to commend your hotel in the highest terms. I have never experienced a management conference before that has been both relaxing and very productive at the same time.
