This Latin inscription has greeted visitors since the first bathhouse of the 18th century established Heiligendamm as Germany’s first seaside resort.

Let us pamper you just as Frederick Francis I, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg once was. We take spa culture to a whole new level here at the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm. On an area of 3,000 m², guests at the Severin Palais will be able to indulge in an exclusive series of health and beauty treatments for their well-being that have been tailored to fit in with the spa tradition of this the oldest coastal resort in Germany.

 
Just recently, Heiligendamm SPA was awarded two Relax Lilies, meaning that it is one of the best of its sector according to the Relax Guide 2010, a guidebook for spas.
